I had the pleasure of working with Minnesota-based renewable energy educators KidWind Project/REcharge Labs to create the branding and packaging art and design for their wind wheel experimentation kit, the Firefly.
This was the first product logo and packaging I'd designed, so I walked toy aisles to get a feel for kid-friendly logos an packaging. The final logo is bright and playful with friendly, slightly curved typography to reinforce the concept of wind energy. The icon of the firefly adds to the kid-friendly and playful nature of the product.
